Dear attendees:
The Third World Youth Forum for Solidarity with Western Sahara, organized between October 12-13, 2024 in the Basque region of Bilbao under the slogan “Youth Build Bridges for a Free Sahara,” is a base for communication and continuity in implementing joint programs. It is considered a periodic station to expand the circle of solidarity and gain more support for our people’s struggle to achieve freedom and independence. It is an opportunity to further define the Sahrawi cause and mobilize international support for it.
Dear attendees:
The continued violation of international law in Western Sahara and the lack of a fair and just solution that allows the Sahrawi people to obtain freedom and independence without any conditions will likely push the region into instability.
In this case, the entire region will be in a state of extremely dangerous instability, which will affect other countries. This failure will constitute a blow to the credibility of the United Nations, the African Union, and the European Union, and to the authority of their donors and decisions around the world.
It is time to We embody the slogan of the forum now: Youth does not know the impossible, and let us build bridges for a free desert.
